Saira, thanks to an efficient integration of the production processing and a deep knowledge of the railway sector, is the ideal partner for the project development of Concept Design and Industrialization. The “made in Italy” creativity and the possibility to design for target price objectives, allow Saira to provide a complete supply in the van.

The design is oriented to optimize the use of customers more and more demanding. The industrialization process has been developed on three basic concepts: the assembly time reduction, the simplification of the manpower during the assembly stages, the interchangeability of the components. Saira has an internal technical office, dedicated to the development and the engineering of the new concepts, using AUTO CAD and CATIA.
The building expands on a 20.000 mq area, of which about 9.000 indoor.
The Numerical Control Machines are equipped to work different technologies from aluminium until composite materials, resin glass and honeycomb included.
